Check whether removal, labour and reinstatement are covered and whether the guarantee transfers to a future owner.

Keep the product records

The guarantee should be supplied in writing and identify the actual frame used in the home. Invoices, product certificates and installation records may become important if the owner later needs to demonstrate eligibility or provide information to a purchaser.
