Director Vitalii Arkhipov leads ARK Houses with a simple belief: good building begins with listening. Every home carries personal plans, priorities and pressures, so clients deserve clear answers, careful work and a builder who stays involved.
With more than 20 years of residential construction experience, Vitalii understands both the practical work on site and the decisions that shape a successful project. His close involvement means clients deal with someone who knows the scope, understands the reasons behind it and takes responsibility for guiding the work forward.
Whether we are building a new home, improving an existing one or helping a family move forward after a previous builder can no longer continue, we bring the same care to the relationship as we do to the construction itself.

What we do
One team, one clear path forward.
We build houses, Dual Key homes and duplexes, transform existing homes through coordinated renovations and help owners complete projects left unfinished by a previous builder. Where HBCF support is required, we also prepare the site records and cost documentation needed to show incomplete work, original-builder defects and eligible completion expenses.
